What we collect
Only what you type: your name, email, phone number where you give it, the residence's location, the scope and style notes you share, and your chosen discovery-call slot.
Your details stay with the studio. This page explains what the enquiry, intake and discovery-booking forms record, and how to have any of it removed.
Only what you type: your name, email, phone number where you give it, the residence's location, the scope and style notes you share, and your chosen discovery-call slot.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and hold your call slot. Nothing you send is used for advertising, profiling or resale.
The studio. Where a commission proceeds, relevant project details are shared with the joiners, contractors and suppliers who need them — never your contact record for its own sake.
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within twenty-four months. Project records are retained for the life of the commission plus the statutory period that follows.
We do not add enquirers to a mailing list. You will only receive correspondence about the project you wrote to us about.
Ask, and we will correct or erase your details and confirm in writing. There is no form to fill in — a note through the enquiry page is enough.
Send a note through the enquiry page and we will confirm the deletion in writing.
